At DreamCatchers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, hair extensions must be returned with the security seal intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unopened hair extensions and a copy of your packing slip into a secure shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside.
Ship It Back
Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our distribution center; we recommend purchasing insurance as we are not responsible for lost transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies that the security seals are unbroken, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
